This crocheted square throw was designed for the #10119 Hayfield Bonus DK brochure for Sirdar. Using British crochet terms and charts, the blanket features rainbow square shapes being worked in pieces and joined together in 16 colourways. Charts are included for each square type, and a schematic shows both placement and colour combination of each square. The instructions for each square also include every needed colour combination.

TENSION

• 1 square 12cm / 4¾inches measured side by side on 4.0mm hook or the size required to give correct tension.
• The pattern lists USA F hook as the equivalent of 4.00mm.
  Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.
