MATERIALS: 5oz. white 4-ply wool, 1oz, black 4-ply wool, a little red wool, wire brush. (The harder wool makes up best). 1 pr. eyes, 1 pr. No. 8 needles, filling, ½ yd. white lining and ¼ yd. floral silk lining, 1 zip fastener, 9½ins. long.

Knit the whole work in double wool (8 ply).
