BOUGHS OF HOLLY is a sweater that makes me look forward to Christmas. Still, it’s not too christmassy for me to wear in the fall season. With its beautiful yet simple colorwork and texture it is the perfect sweater for the end of the year.

It is worked out of a wonderful and GOTS certified yarn that is produced according to strict ecological specifications. BOUGHS OF HOLLY is worked seamlessly from the top down: You cast on stitches for the neckline and shape it with short rows. After the yoke is finished you divide your stitches and work the body and the sleeves separately in the round.

I would love to see your BOUGHS OF HOLLY on Ravelry or on social media. It is always very exciting to see all your beautiful works. So I would be happy if you use this hashtag #boughsOfHollySweater for the sweater and tag me @herbgarden.knitwear!

This pattern went through tech editing and test knitting. I was not able to find testers for the sizes 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL though. If you are interested in testing one of these sizes, please send me a message.
