Bound Brook Cowl is knit in the round using a series of dropped yarn overs that give the cowl lacy sections. The stitch pattern has almost a rhythm to it and is easy to memorize. The yarn we chose has a bit of sheen so it can dress up anything you wear. It reminded us of flowing water so we named it after Bound Brook which in 1640 formed the border between Massachusetts Bay and Plymouth colonies.
