This beanie was inspired by the einrúm Boyfriend Sweater and is reversible like all our Boyfriend designs.

The beanie is worked in the round from the bottom up. After the wide bottom rib, it is worked in stocking stitch with a purl ridge at each side that run up the crown of the head, meeting at the top. The beanie can be worn with either the knit or the purl side out.

We used einrúm L-yarn, an almost unspun wool yarn plied together with a fine strand of silk. One 50 g ball of the yarn is just enough for this beanie.
