Even if you’ve never worked stranded colorwork before, this pattern is easy and forgiving.

Many color combinations would work well for this pattern: you just need a dark, a light, and a third color that contrasts with both. These mitts would look terrific in black or charcoal, off -white, and red; or consider navy, white, and a bright lime green.
