Brave Chevron Cowl
The chevron knit cowl free pattern by Kristin Omdahl features a striking, geometric design using the simplest of knit color work techniques: slip stitch mosiac knit colorwork. This technique is great for a beginner because you only carry one yarn per round. The displayed colorwork is made by slipping the opposite color in varying ways each round. Use a high contrast combination of colors for a bold look or choose analogous colors for a more subtle design.
