This is a man’s slip-stitch pattern sweater, with kits available for two colours and four colours. The slip-stitch pattern is charted only. Schematics are included for construction.

From the designer’s website:

The body is worked vertically , all in one piece, starting and ending at left side-seam. For the slip stitch pattern work 2 rows in basic colour and 2 rows in contrast alternately. Only one colour is worked at a time. Stitches are picked up along armholes, and sleeves worked downwards. Finish by working a double band in 2x2 rib along the lower edge and along the neck opening.

The BRICK sweater is available in colour-ways using ether 4 colours or 2 colours only.

A note on needles: the pattern specifies 2.5 and 3.5 mm circular needles, length 80 cm (32 in) and 40 cm (16 in) for sleeve and neckband and a set of 2.5 mm dpns for sleeve rib. In addition, the pattern refers to a 3 mm circular needle for use in the provisional cast on, although this is not part of the specifications.
