Inspired by the strength and structure of brickwork, this tee, designed by Ana-Maria Babanica (also known as CrochetHighway), reimagines the classic masonry motif as wearable art. The repeating pattern symbolizes resilience and creativity, while the raglan tee silhouette keeps it light and wearable. Though the motif visually resembles bricks, the stitches are mostly worked in the back loop only, making the fabric feel incredibly lightweight with beautiful drape. It is a playful nod to architecture, bringing solid foundations into soft, summer-ready style.

NOTES
This tee is constructed seamlessly from the top down, featuring a raglan Sleeve and a boxy, semi-cropped bodice. The overlay colourwork pattern is achieved by only ever working with one colour at a time. The ribbed collar is shaped through decreases and increases, ensuring a proper fit around the Neck. The same ribbed detail is added around the cuffs and hemline for a cohesive look.
