Bridget the Elephant
One of the oldest and most adored patterns in the menagerie, and the very first animal that Kerry Lord crocheted, Bridget the Elephant is the perfect project to begin your journey into crochet. Elephants are the largest living animal on land, but this woolly version will sit comfortably in your hand. Not only is she super easy to make, she looks adorable and is sure to become a cherished part of the family, whoever you make her for.
This soft toy will look at home in the nursery, sitting on the shelf or lovingly gift-wrapped for the loved ones in your life. Once you’ve finished crocheting Bridget the Elephant, you’ll be ready to start the next animal in the collection with this addictive new hobby!
