Bright Rib Wreath
This wreath is the perfect way to brighten your home at any time of the year. This is an easy pattern and a great introduction to Tunisian crochet in the round and colour changes. Once you get the hang of the Tunisian rib pattern it works up very quickly.
Yarn:
Caron Simply Soft (Aran; 288m per 170g ball; 100% acrylic)
1 ball each in Off White 9702 (MC), Autumn Red 9730 (CC1), Pumpkin 9765 (CC2), Gold 9782
(CC3), Chartreuse 9771 (CC4), Robins Egg 9780 (CC5), Lavender Blue 9756 (CC6), Blackberry
0005 (CC7)
Feel free to substitute the yarn with an Aran/ worsted weight yarn of your choosing. You will
need two working yarns for this project as you will use one colour for the forward pass and
at least one for the return pass. This is where you can really express your creativity, you can
use up yarn from your stash and play around with colours. I would recommend using two
contrasting colours at a time to show off the stitch pattern. For the return pass you can use as many
colours as you wish but the instructions are for 7 contrasting colours. This means if you are
using less or more colours you would need to adjust the number of rows of the return pass
per colour.
