Brighter Miters Blanket
Designer Notes :
1. No sewing is required, as squares are made by picking up stitches on previous squares, and ends are hidden.
2. As each square is knit, it tends to become elongated toward the point. This is corrected both by picking up the stitches for the next square and by the final press.
3. At the suggested gauge, a knitter should be able to get 5 squares from each hank of CoBaSi Plus (177 yds). For a full-size blanket with a .75” border, you need approx 1 hank. If your gauge is looser, you may decide to work 1 less section of squares and work the extra yarn into the border.
4. The central diagonal lines of the mitered squares can be made to lean either all one direction or in opposite or altering directions. Instructions show how to work blanket Both ways.
