Briocheaven Hat
From time to time I tend to think that there are no more new brioche patterns to be found! So I feel more than grateful whenever I have a new stitch combination on my needles and May is my favorite month, because I can celebrate my birthday!
The BRIOCHEHEAVEN hat is showing little hearts and cables all around and a wonderful crown solution. The pattern doesn’t call for a cable needle and is surprisingly simple when it comes to the crown.
The hat has a brim, is very stretchy, slightly slouchy and well-fitting at the same time. It’s important to note that there is a 4-stitch-decrease to be knit. You can do it, knitters!
The hat can be knit in multiple sizes only by changing needle size and gauge; Block the finished cap over a steep-sided bowl or other head-shaped form to smooth the crown.
