Required Skills: Simple 2-color work, working in the round, provisional cast on, grafting in Kitchener stitch

Finished Measurements: 11”/28cm tube circumference; 70”/178cm tube length before joining ends together
Gauge: 30 sts and 34 rows = 4”/10cm in pattern stitch. Gauge is not critical in this pattern, but a different gauge will affect yardage and size of finished garment. It may be necessary to unravel gauge swatch and re-use the yarn. Take time to check gauge.
Materials:
Yarn: Fingering weight yarn in two colors; 350 yards per color. Sample shown in Cascade Yarns Heritage Paints and Heritage (75% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon; 437yds/100g): (MC) Ice Caves #9943, 1 skein, (CC) Limestone #5681, 1 skein
Needles: US#6/4.0mm circular needle 16”, or size needed to obtain gauge
Crochet hook: size F/3.75mm
Spare 16” circular needle 1 to 2 sizes smaller than project needle
Scrap yarn for provisional cast on
Yarn needle to weave in ends
