This classic, flattering tank features a crisp knit-purl stitch pattern set against a stockinette ground. It’s designed to be worn with 1-2 inches of positive ease at the bust.

The notched hems are worked flat, then joined for working in the round. The tank is then worked in the round to the armholes. Only the shoulders require seaming.

Yarn ideas: DK weight cottons and cotton blends that knit at 5 sts to the inch. Sample shown is size 36 and was knit in Classic Elite Classic Silk 50% cotton, 30% silk, 20% nylon; 135yd/123m per 50g skein; color #6967, 5.5 skeins.
