This pattern includes instructions for both a hat and a cowl.

The hat is made with stranded knitting, and there are some quite long floats. Make sure you are comfortable carrying and catching floats and keeping them loose before you start.

SIZE
Hat: To fit head approx 23”/58cm circumference. Cowl: Approx 40”/100cm diameter and 8”/20cm wide. For a smaller size use a 2.75mm and 3mm needle.

YARN
100g hank of Annfield Angora Mohair 4ply (fingering weight, 350m/100g) in two contrasting colours. Sample shown in Night Sky (Main Colour - MC) and Scottish Gold (Contrast Colour - CC). The hat and the cowl can both be made from a hank of each colour. The hat uses approx. 25g of each colour.

Echeveau de 100g d’Annfield Mohair fingering (4 ply, 350m pour 100 g) en deux couleurs contrastantes. Le modèle sur la photo utilise les couleurs Night Sky (CP) et Scottish Gold (CC).
Le bonnet et le col peuvent etre fait avec 1 écheveau de chaque couleur. Le bonnet utilise plus ou moins 25g de chaque couleur.
