Unique construction allows for the leg, heel, and foot of the sock to be worked flat with only the cuff and toe being worked in the round.

Brussels sprouts starts with a cable panel that is worked flat (the cable
panel requires approximately 20 grams/0.71 ounces of fingering weight yarn) and the rest of the sock is constructed around the cable panel.

The overall effect is a sock with an intarsia cable panel on the front of the leg, without actually working intarsia in the round.
