ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Bubble Skirt is crocheted from the top down, working in rows. It is made entirely in Bobble Stitch, which creates
a textured and unique look. The trapeze shape of the skirt is formed gradually by using bobbles of different sizes throughout
the work. To finish, an invisible zipper is sewn onto the back of the skirt.

SIZES
XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL
Sizes above correspond with the following measurements:

Waist Circumference:
60-64 (64-68) 68-72 (72-76) 76-80 (80-84) 84-88 cm
Hips Circumference:
86-90 (90-94) 94-98 (98-102) 102-106 (106-110) 110-114 cm.

Measure your own waist and chest circumference to determine which size will fit you the best.
Photos above: I’m wearing size S / 168 cm tall / Waist: 66 cm / Hips: 84 cm

NOTE: To choose the correct size, use your waist measurement as the main reference. If your hips are significantly
wider than your waist, you will need to make a few simple adjustments to the pattern by starting to increase the size
of the bobbles earlier than indicated in the instructions.

MEASUREMENTS
The Bubble Skirt has a negative ease of approximately 4 cm at the waist. This means it is approx 4 cm smaller than
your waist measurements.
This pattern provides simple calculations so you can adjust it for a 100% custom fit.

YARNS AND MATERIALS
Approx 600 (700) 800 (900) 1000 (1100) 1200 g of Shiny Happy Cotton from Wool & The Gang (100% cotton / 100g = 142m)

NOTE: The skirt has a certain weight, but it is still comfortable to wear. However, if you prefer a lighter version, it is
recommended to crochet it with wool rather than cotton.
For the best durability and finish of the skirt, it is recommended to use mercerized cotton, which resists splitting and maintains a smooth texture. Some high-quality yarns, such as WATG’s Shiny Happy Cotton, are excellent in many respects, but their construction can cause the strands to split easily, making the fabric more fragile.
Choosing a mercerized cotton will help your skirt last longer and keep its shape and texture over time.
