Bubble Waffle Shawl
The Bubble Waffle Shawl is a large triangle shaped shawl which combines knit and purl stitches to create 3-dimensional bubbles. The pattern is a recipe for “any weight” that can be translated across several yarn bases. It can easily be adapted to the amount of available yarn: knit-until-you-run-out-of-yarn!
Above all the pattern is fully reversible, just decide by yourself which side is your favorite one!
The original sample is made of 4 skeins of DK weight yarn by Hedgehog Fibres in Pollen: this deep yellow reminds on sweet Bubble Waffles in my kitchen! So yummy!
Repetitive increases are giving the shawl its triangular shape and there is a ribbed edge for a clean finish. I am sure, you will love it!
