If this octopus looks familiar to you then you must have great taste in kid’s shows. ;) I like to watch the cartoon Star vs. the Forces of Evil with my 7 year old daughter. It’s one of those rare shows that is entertaining for both kids and adults.

This super cute octopus applique is a bit of teaser because I am currently in the process of designing a replica of the main character’s dress. I still have a ways to go to get all the sizes written out and to get the pattern tasted so keep an eye out!
