The Bulevardi collar is a simple neck warmer that is worked seamlessly top-down. The collar is started flat and then joined in the round after finishing all the increases for the front neck. The front and back are shaped with German short rows. Lastly the stitches are picked for the neckband. You can choose to knit either a funnel neck version or go for a full turtleneck.

300 m / 330 yards of fingering weight yarn and 300 m / 330 yards of lace weight yarn such as silk mohair

or 300 m / 330 yards of DK weight yarn

Needles:
For the neck only:
3 mm / US 2.5 circular needles with a 40 cm / 16 inch cable
For the main part and bottom rib:
3.5 mm / US 4 circular needles with a 60 cm / 24 inch cable
Always use the needle size that gets you the right gauge!

Gauge
23 sts and 28 rounds = 10 cm / 4 inches of Stockinette stitch on larger needles, both flat and in the round, after blocking.
