It’s August, and fall is rapidly approaching. This small, easy project will get you and your loved ones ready for the crisp weather.

Knitting the hat is easy and fun (perfect for hanging out on the porch with a friend).

You’ll use 3 colors of yarn: A light, a medium, and a dark. You’ll have so much fun playing with ideas for color combinations!

The best part for the knitter is that the rounds of the different colors are spaced in such a way that you can carry the colors the whole way up the hat. You’ll have fewer ends to weave in, and your hat will still be colorful!
