Bunny Choco Egg Cosy
Finished size: 12cm including the ears
The body is knitted in rounds using circular needles, employing the Magic Loop method. This technique allows you to easily work on small rounds with just a few stitches. Step-by-step photographs illustrate the process. If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a shot! Alternatively, you can use traditional DPNs, or if you prefer not to knit in the round, work flat and sew the seam at the end.
The cosy is designed to fit a large chocolate egg that comes with toy capsule inside. You can use a large, boiled egg or fill it with toy stuffing if you like.
This project requires only small amounts of 4-ply (fingering) weight yarn. Feel free to utilise your yarn stash while referring to the yarn information provided below.
