This sleeveless swing jacket is a perfect topper over a long sleeved tee for your toddler or child .
Crocheted in 8 ply superfine merino , you will need a whole skein plus part of a skein for the largest size . It can be made in one colour or with a contrasting yoke like I’ve made .
Add some vintage buttons and that’s the only sewing you’ll need to do as I’ve made it seamless from the bottom up so that it’s an easy project for beginners .
I’ve included 5 cm ( 2 inches ) of positive ease so that it will fit your little one for a while . The superfine merino won’t irritate sensitive skins .
