Bustleton is a template for making your own, unique, fingering weight top. Think of it as a blank slate, waiting for you to apply the color and/or texture.
A simple tee with a circular yoke, this is the perfect little summer sweater to throw on with jeans or a skirt.
Shown here with wide stripes, you can choose the width of stripes and the colors that make you happy. Or you can knit it up in one color. Or add a stitch pattern to the yoke and/or the body. The easy, top-down construction allows for customizing the fit in both body length and sleeve length.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
The tee is designed to fit with 1-4” of ease. Choose a size closest to your bust size plus the amount of ease you like. The sample shown is in the first size with about 1” of ease.

Yoke Depth: 7.5 (8, 8.25, 9) (9.25, 10, 10.25, 10.5)”
Body from underarm to bottom of ribbing: 12.5”
Sleeve from underarm to bottom of ribbing: 3.5 (3.5, 3.5, 4) (4, 4.25, 4.25, 4.5)”

YARN
Fingering weight yarn: 704 (780, 860, 950) (1045, 1150, 1265, 1390) yds.
Sample shown is worked in Fave Sock by Fiberstory, 100% superwash merino wool, approx. 400 yds (365 m)/100 g (3.5 oz), Gilded (dark); and Tender Prey Sock by bloodstone yarns, 100% superwash merino wool, 400 yds (365 m)/100 g (3.5 oz), End of a Century (light).
Be aware that adding to the length of the sweater body and/or sleeves will require additional yarn.
