Materials:

Thread Size 10 thread in color of choice; small amount

Hook Size 4 boye or 2.mm hook

Misc. Size 11 seed beads - 10 beads needed

Looped needle threader to string beads onto thread.

(1) This bookmarker can also be made with pearl cotton size three and a size 1 hook 2.75mm

( 2) You can adjust the length by the number of ch sts you do. Just add or subtract as desired.
