Butterfly Lace Shawl
The tested pattern as written uses 3 colors outlined in the materials section with a specification of which color to use for which rows. The pattern also includes a chart in addition to the written pattern.
The shawl is a rectangle worked in the length direction. The first few rows are a bit fidly because the work is still small, but after a few rows it becomes easier.
Skill Level: Advanced beginner due to the fine yarn and small hook size used.
The yarn used in the sample is Borgo de’ Pazzi Lace yarn. Good alternatives are Fyberspates Scrumptious Lace or Malabrigo Lace.
The colors and yarn used in the sample is only a suggestion -- use your favorite colors for your shawl.
This pattern is written in standard US crochet terms and Dutch crochet terms.
