Buttoned jumper in lace stitch
THIS button-up jumper is knitted in the simplest of lacy stitches and finished with moss-stitch collar and cuffs. The seven perky buttons, which are crochet covered and stuffed with cotton wool, add a novel and economical touch.
MATERIALS: 4oz Paton’s Beehive 2-ply fingering wool; 1
pr. each Nos. 10 and 11 needles (Old UK); medium-sized crochet hook.
MEASUREMENTS. To fit bust, 35in; length from shoulder, 18in; sleeve seam, 5in.
TENSION: 17 sts. to 2in.
