Needles: US size 6 (4.0 mm) 40” circular needles

Notions: 10 markers (marker 1), 4 different markers (marker 2), 18 removable markers as button markers, stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle, eighteen 1” buttons, sewing thread, sewing needle to attach buttons.

Special Stitches: Moss Stitch; Make one left (M1L); Make one right (M1R); Make Buttonhole

Pattern Notes ~ This pattern is worked in rows from the top down. After the front slit ends, a few rounds are worked, then the pattern is divided again in rows for a front and a back panel as well as two arm panels.

Finishing ~ Attach the bar tacks to the buttons to form a poncho or a sweater. Play with the options and enjoy your new autumnal companion!
