Also available as part of the 2023 Afghan Club.
About the Pattern:
This is a C2C (corner to corner) version of the original Squish Factor Afghan. Uses only a few basic crochet stitches (ch, sc, hdc, dc, fpsc, fphdc) to create a reversible, squishable fabric (same texture on both sides). Looks beautiful in a multi-colored yarn or in a solid color.
Finished Size: You may use this pattern to create a triangular scarf, or a square or rectangular blanket/scarf of any desired dimensions. Sample blanket measured approx. 40” x 48”.
Materials: You may use yarn and hook of choice. Sample used…
• Light worsted or DK weight yarn in color of choice - approx. 1400 yards or 7 skeins of Baby Muffin (100 gram skeins) by Yatsal in color “rose petal”.
• Crochet hook size K (6.5 mm)
Skill Level: Intermediate
Stitches used include ch, sc, hdc, fphdc, dc
Pattern is written in standard American terms.
