Caavie Cowl
This cowl is also part of an ebook collection of 5 cowls.
This cowl is worked bottom up in the round and features classic Fair Isle motifs. This cowl was inspired from a jumper my mum designed in the 70s and which is now in the archives at the Shetland Museum. The snowflake-like motif resulted in the name “Caavie” which is a Shetland word for blizzard.
