Cable Cardigan
“Make-It-Yourself” from Columbia-Minerva nylon and wool. Directions are given for sizes 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20. Ten 1-ounce balls is sufficient for sizes 12 and 14, size 16 takes 11 balls, sizes 18 and 20 take approximately 12 balls. You will need one pair each of sizes 1 and 2 knitting needles (14 inch) and one cable needle size 2 (3 inch).
Gauge: 1 pattern (11 stitches) to 1 1/4 inches; 11 rows to 1 inch
