Yarn- Sample was knit with Yarn Bee: Must Be Merino (50% merino wool, 25% nylon, 25% acrylic: 277 yards in 100 grams) in the Olive colorway. Any DK yarn will do.

Needles- U.S 6 (4.00mm) needles (or size needed to obtain gauge) in 16’’ circular and either DPNs or 32’’ circular for magic loop. Gauge- 24 stitches X 34 rows in 4 inches in stockinette stitch.

Notions- Yarn needle, scissors, and stitch marker.

Pattern is knit in the round on 16’’ circular needles for the body of the hat, and then switched to either DPNs or a long circular needle for magic loop for the crown decreases.
