This kimono style jacket was originally designed in 2007 using a thicker aran weight yarn. Now I have up-dated the pattern so that it can be knit in one piece and using a lighter weight double knitting yarn. There are also 2 lengths as shown.
Materials:
500 g Old Town Silk Merino DK (short version) or 600 g (long version)
4.5 mm x 80 cm and 4.5 mm x 40 cm circular needles, 4.5 mm double pointed needles. Cable needle
Finished measurements: One size: Chest circumference = 127 cm (50 inches); length = 48 cm (19 inches; long version), 33 cm (13 inches; short) after blocking.
