This pattern is great in that if you add a little elastic to the cast on it can fit a child. It uses cables on a start loom but you can use a flexee loom in the 5/8” gauge. You will need 1 skein of each yarn but if you want to make the scarf you may want to get another in the pink if not two depending on how long you want the scarf to be. But that is an extra. Also the fur pom pom pattern is included, but you can just use a fur pompom from the store. There is videos for how to cable and how to make the pom pom, but no video for the whole hat.
