Cachina Scarf and Cowl
The Cachina Scarf & Cowl pattern collection offers two beautifully textured designs using the same striking combination of Tunisian stitches. Whether you prefer the relaxed drape of a scarf or the cosy warmth of a generously sized cowl, this pattern gives you both options in one versatile design.
Worked in chunky aran-weight yarn, these pieces have a satisfying weight and rich texture, making them as practical as they are eye-catching. The patterns feature a blend of Honeycomb stitch, Bobble stitch, and Star stitch—creating depth and interest while still being approachable and enjoyable to make.
Each item includes its own fully written pattern, so you can choose to make either the scarf, the cowl, or both. The cowl uses additional repeats of the same stitch pattern to create a fuller, more enveloping accessory.
Helpful extras are included to support you as you work, including step-by-step photos for the Star stitch and a linked video tutorial.
Both designs are easily adjustable—simply add or reduce repeats or rows to customise the size (yarn quantities will vary accordingly). Pattern is written in English and uses UK terms.
