They have short rows to give extra room in the bum area and work flat once you separate for the seat section.

To Fit Waist (cm): 40, (43, 44.5, 47.5)
To Fit Waist (in): 15.75, (17, 17.5, 18.75)
Length to Crotch (cm): 23, (27, 28.5, 30)
Length to Crotch (in): 9, (10.5, 11.25, 11.75)

Gauge is 27 sts over 60 rnds due the the pattern stitch bulking rnds together - a bit like garter stitch would give you an excess of rnds.
