Caen Cowl
This long, looped cowl is the perfect brioche project for beginners. Worked from end to end in the most basic of brioche stitches, this squishy cowl is seamed and has fringe added for a chic, cozy accessory.
The pattern for this cowl calls for seaming the ends together, but project editor Joni Coniglio has written up an excellent blog post on grafting brioche stitch on the Knitting Daily blog. It includes video tutorials and a free brioche earwarmer pattern.
