This pattern is dedicated to „Calianna“ a character from „Critical Role“. This young and excitable sorceress is of elf decent but got got a bit of draconic blood on one side, the right side to be precise. Her signature look are her green hair with ribbons, which she uses to mask the dragon scales and yellow eye on her right side of her face. To mask the draconic hand she is mostly seen wearing flowy and wide robes.

The sock pattern is remarkable in this aspect, that it combines the unexpected and strange with the elegant and known. An easy 2x2 rib pattern are broken up by shards of lace. The lace pattern is a reminisce of Caliannas draconic heritage and the rib pattern is trying to cover it up, but still flashes of the scales show through.
