5 sts / 7 rows = 1 inch in stockinette stitch
(gauge is not that important for this piece, but you want a sturdy fabric)

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Unstretched, the bag measures about 9.5” tall (not including the strap) and about 15” wide. The size and shape changes greatly once you load the bag with goodies!
