MEASUREMENTS

GAUGE

Knitted flat in 3x3 rib with 4.50 mm / US 7 needles, after blocking (hedl double).
16 stitches and 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4″

In this case, as this is a shawl, gauge is not critical, it doesn’t matter if it turns out slightly larger or smaller, but keep in mind that gauge also affects the amount of yarn used.

MATERIALS

Yarn:
Held double, I used My knitted closet - The Tweed Merino: 100% Merino Wool | 50 gr, 350 meters 383 yards. Shown in color: Glaciar Blue.
- 4 balls, 188 grams, 1.316 meters 1.440 yards.

Needles:
4.50 mm / US 7 circular needles with a 60 cm 24” cable or longer.

Notions:
Stitch markers; tapestry needle, scissors.

INTRO

Un chal semicircular, trabajado en plano y en una sola pieza utilizando punto bobo, punto elástico y puntos con textura, con un borde de punto bobo.

MEDIDAS

En el centro en la parte más ancha: 61 cm 24”
Largo de lado a lado: 162 cm 63 ¾”

MUESTRA

Tejido en plano, y en elástico 3x3, con agujas de 4.50mm US 7, después de bloquear (a hebra doble):
16 puntos y 30 vueltas = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4″

En este caso, como es un chal, la muestra no es crítica, da igual si te queda un poco más grande o pequeño, pero ten en cuenta que la muestra también afecta a la cantidad de lana usada.
