This Candy Cane Cozy is a quick and easy knit for all skill levels that can be whipped up just in time for Christmas! It makes a great addition to a gift for a friend or family member and can also be used to give your Christmas dinner table a bit of pizzazz!

Why show up to the party with a bottle of wine, when you can show up with a bottle decked out for the holidays in its very own festive cozy!

This cozy is knit from the bottom up using double pointed needles. It’s a great exercise in getting used to DPN’s and colour work, keeping it simple but creating something interesting.

It’s important to remember that bottle sizes and shapes can differ so remember to check your cozy as you go to make sure you are getting the right shape.

To increase / decrease the width of the cozy, add or subtract stitches in multiples of four. For shorter bottles with more sloped necks, knit the body shorter to allow for the neck to begin earlier.
