This shawl was created in collaboration with Sweater Sisters. It was so much fun choosing colors that I felt like a kid in a candy shop.

The Candy Shop shawl is worked from the top down and alternates section of garter stitch and elongated slip stitches. It is finished by a picot bind off.

Materials:
Fingering weight yarn ( 400 yds / 365m) in main color and a set of six gradient or mini skeins (100 yds/91 m) each
Shown in Artyarns Merino Cloud gradient kit and a three color version ( in Cream, Royal Purple, and Gold).

Needles: Size US 5 / 3.75 mm 24” circular or size to get gauge.

Notions: Tapestry needle, locking stitch markers.

Gauge: 20sts/40 rows over 4”/10 cm in garter stitch after blocking

Finished Size: 72”/ 183cm along inside edge x 17”/ 43cm deep at center (after blocking).
