Caramella
Similar to savoring a delicious caramel, the Caramella shawl is perfect for your leisurely crochet moments!
The entire shawl, made from corner to bottom edge, is made with only chain stitches and single crochet (and its varients) and alternates three stitch patterns: textured ribbing, delicate lace and bold cables, then an edging based on linen stitch gives it the finishing touch.
The pattern is written out and charted and includes a photo tutorial on cables and edging stitch patterns.

I create new crochet stitches to show a quieter, softer side of crochet: calm, simple, and casual. My patterns may look unusual at first only because the technique is new to you, just like your first chain or single crochet once was. After a little practice, it feels easy and natural.
