Cardi Me
The body of Cardi Me is crocheted side-to-side giving it a slimmer look. It is worked in one piece with each section built on the previous one. Only two small side seams and a few ends to weave in. It features set-in tapered sleeves worked in the round in the armhole, a scooped neckline, and a timeless, classic style that you will make again and again. It hooks up quickly with a 7mm crochet hook and 1,000-1,200 yards of worsted or DK weight yarn (more yardage for a longer cardi). The pattern is sized for Large/XL only (about 24” long and 46-48” around). The cardi drapes looser on smaller sizes and will stretch (or block) to fit a little larger. To make a larger size, use an Aran or chunky weight yarn with a size 8mm crochet hook. For a smaller size, try a smaller hook with a lighter weight yarn. The 10 page pattern has a schematic showing how the cardi goes together, written row instructions, and some crochet symbol charts. I hope you love it as much as I do.
