This hat is designed to resemble a cardigan sweater, complete with ribbing and a functional button placket. I could not decide if I liked this hat in garter stitch or stockinette more, so I’m including both instructions in this pattern. This project is great for a beginner, as it is knit flat, then synched together at the end.
