I love making this cocoon shape, knitting a big rectangle and turning it into a cardigan.

This is the best and safest way of trying out new stitches and making no mistakes. For this Cardigan I didn’t have enough yarn for my idea. So I decided to get inspired by Stella MCCartney SS25 designs and did a Cable with ladders patterns.

Laces and ladders are the best when you are doubting the amount of yarn you have.

This pattern is worked in a rectangle and sewed on the sides.
