Carousel Cape
Carousel Cape / Shawl
Everyone loves a carousel! This charming and whimsical design can be worn as an elegant adult shawl or transformed into a delightful cape for a child.
The Carousel Cape / Shawl features four unique animal panels: a proud lead horse, a majestic lion, a flower-adorned pony, and of course, a playful dragon. Each panel is knit separately, allowing every character to come to life before the pieces are joined together.
The panels are then connected, followed by the addition of the carousel canopy and the final bottom border to complete this magical design. With minor modifications, individual panels can also be adapted into charming wall hangings.
The pattern is fully charted and includes helpful notes to simplify the knitting process.
