Carrot Bunny is a quirky and fun amigurumi toy!

This pattern is an easy design and uses US terminology. A knowledge of how to crochet is essential as it does not teach you how to crochet, it simply provides instructions for you to make the toy.

Your tension, yarn thickness and hook size used will affect the size of your finished item. My Carrot Bunny is approx. 15cm tall.

You will need:

• 2.5mm hook/C-2
• 8ply yarns/DK or Light Worsted > 25g of ORANGE and WHITE, less for PINK and RUST
• BLACK embroidery thread
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
• Polyester toy stuffing
• Stitch marker (optional)

Notes:

• Amigurumi is usually worked in the round and a yarn with no stretch is best.
• Generally, the hook you use for amigurumi will be a smaller than for other crochet as you want the stitches tight.
• I’ve used the following yarn: o ORANGE = Ricorumi DK colour 024 Smokey Orange o WHITE = Ricorumi DK colour 001 White o RUST = Ricorumi DK colour 025 Fox o PINK = Ricorumi DK colour 012 Candy Pink
