The magic of this scarf is that it is dual sided. The cables on the back look the same on the front and will not roll on you as a traditional cable would. It is simple and amazing!

As per StevenBe style, this pattern is very flexible.
Any combination of yarns and weights will work for this creation.
There is no real gauge for this project. Just knit to the tension and feel that you prefer. This should be knit loose and relaxed. The tighter you knit the smaller the garment will be, the looser you knit the larger and more drapey it will be. If needed, change the needle size to obtain the correct gauge. Needle lengths and size are not that important as long as you are close and like the fabric.
